Our team consists of professionals from diverse backgrounds, each bringing unique perspectives and skills to the team.

We have experts in Human Resources, Work Health and Safety, Risk Management, Workplace Investigations, Psychometric Testing, Conflict Management Coaching, Training and Assessing, Business Improvement and Auditing. This multidisciplinary approach enables us to tackle complex challenges with a comprehensive and holistic perspective.

Ebony Chalmers

Director | Investigator | Conflict Management Coach Human Resources Specialist

With over 16 years’ experience across Human Resources, workplace investigations, and compliance, I partner with organisations to navigate complex people matters with clarity, fairness, and confidence.  


As the founder of Inland Consulting and a licensed investigator, holding both an individual Security Licence Class 2E and a Master Security Licence in New South Wales. My work spans high‑risk and sensitive matters, including serious misconduct, integrity issues, bullying and harassment, regulatory investigations, reportable conduct and complex employee relations matters. I am known for my calm, objective approach and my ability to manage investigations that stand up to scrutiny while remaining human‑centred and procedurally fair.  


My qualifications in Human Resources, Investigations, Government, Psychometric testing and Conflict Management Coaching, Work Health and Safety, and Auditing, are supported by my expertise and experience. This blend of HR, investigation, coaching and audit capability allows me to assess organisational practices holistically, identify risk, and deliver clear, defensible, and actionable outcomes.  


Throughout my career, I have delivered solutions across private enterprise, local government, and not‑for‑profit organisations. I bring strong capability in workplace investigations and end‑to‑end HR operations, executive and specialist recruitment, HRIS implementation, workforce metrics, and strategic HR advisory. 


My approach is grounded in best practice and focused on building positive workplace cultures, strong governance, and capable leadership.  


A core strength of my work is building trusted relationships at all levels of an organisation. I provide practical, balanced advice in employee and industrial relations matters, helping organisations resolve disputes effectively while remaining compliant and values‑driven.  I am passionate about supporting organisations to build safe, compliant, and high‑performing workplaces.

Jesse Dixon

Director | Human Resources and Work Health and Safety Specialist

 With over 13 years’ experience across Work Health and Safety, risk management, human resources, and compliance, I work with organisations to create safe, compliant, and high-performing workplaces. My expertise spans complex regulatory environments, workplace investigations, organisational risk management, and business improvement, helping organisations strengthen their operations while supporting their people.


With qualifications in Investigations, Work Health and Safety, Human Resources, Training and Assessment, and Lead Auditing, I bring a well-rounded and practical approach to managing workplace risk. My experience allows me to assess organisational practices holistically, identify areas of risk, and implement practical solutions that improve compliance, performance, and workplace culture.


Throughout my career, I have partnered closely with stakeholders to develop tailored HR, WHS, and risk management strategies that align with organisational goals. My experience includes managing organisational change, resolving industrial relations matters, conducting workplace investigations, undertaking risk assessments, developing policies and procedures, delivering training, and fostering strong health and safety cultures.


I am known for my analytical approach, attention to detail, and ability to identify risks before they escalate. By implementing effective control measures and practical systems, I help organisations build resilience, improve compliance, and create safer work environments.


My experience in organisational development, performance management, and employee relations has also enabled me to support leaders in improving employee engagement, strengthening workplace culture, and driving sustainable business outcomes. I take a collaborative and solutions-focused approach, working closely with organisations to deliver practical outcomes that are both effective and people-focused.
